Though you cannot tell, this plant is over 27 years old. My husband got it for his mom when he was in kindergarten. I nearly killed it this winter by forgetting to bring it inside when it started to freeze, and I was heartbroken that I had killed something that had flourished for so long. I brought it inside to heal, and lo and behold it started to resprout a few weeks back. By summer's end it will be just like new.
