Decoupage is in quotation marks because it is my first attempt and has been quite a struggle. I've glued down and removed many pieces of scrapbook paper because I can't seem to keep the Modge Podge from making the paper bubble. I found a tutorial last night on Just Something You Made's blog, and round 546 is going a lot better. This could change when I start to put the Modge Podge top layer on, though. We shall see...

Day 33 - 2.2.2011: "Decoupage Picture Frames"
Decoupage is in quotation marks because it is my first attempt and has been quite a struggle.
